The Barber-surgeon is a steel sword that can be obtained in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. The sword cannot be found, but crafted after finding the correct diagram.
Location
The Barber-surgeon diagram can be found in a chest located on the ground floor of the watchtower in Flotsam, where Bernard Loredo attempted to burn an elven women alive.
