When planning a meal, try to get all your daily recommended secondaries (Albedo, Rubedo, Nigredo). Also, it's a good idea to take an Albedo course first, as it coats the stomach. For example, it's better to drink a shot of Owlbedo Juice before eating Liver Paste, rather than afterward.
