Accounts ledger is a book and a quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
It can be found on a bench at Count Beledal's campsite near Chuchote Cave during Big Game Hunter. However, despite it being a quest item it doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than being an interesting read.
