Abomination lymph is obtained from the bodies of fleders, cemetaurs, garkains, ghouls, alps, bruxae and bloedzuigers.

- In Act I, an "Old woman" will tell Geralt about Ghouls in exchange for food. The conversation results in a bestiary entry along with entries for Abomination Lymph, White Vinegar, and Ghoul Blood.
- In Act I, an "Old Townswoman" in exchange for food will tell Geralt about fleders and vampires which results in entry for Abomination Lymph (nothing more).
